I'm Batman: part 5 (sigh)

Well it was a good run, but sadly Dark Knight's 4-weeks at number one has been brought down by the star-studded action comedy extravaganza that was Tropic Thunder. I cant really think of the best way to illustrate this.

In other news, I haven't able to get much work done because of my summer job at McD's. Hopefully, I'll plenty of stuff to post once I'm back at school.

I'm Batman: part 4

Gotham's Finest does it again, this time it's against the Green Hornet... Ok, it was Seth Rogen in Pineapple Express, but he's writing and starring in the Green Hornet.

So anywho, Friday August 8: Pineapple Express appeared to take #1. Ending Dark Knight's impressive streak.
Saturday, August 9: Dark Knight took in some crazy numbers returning its to former glory.

Allow me to illustrate:

I'm Batman: part 3

Anywho, Dark Knight Broke Spider-man 3's record for best box office weekend of all time. To commemorate that with the following:
Before any Spider-man fans get bent out of shape. I'm simply illustrating a statistic I found on the internet (by drawing Batman Kicking Spidey in the Parker family jewels).

I'm Batman: part 2 (Wow)

So, Dark Knight. Awesome. Few movies have rendered me speechless, and this is one of them. Heath Ledger was scary crazy perfect as Joker. Sorry, Jackie boy, you have been knocked from you stoop. (I wonder if "see a better Joker" was on his Bucket List?). And Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent. Brillant.

I want to bring up one more amazing about this Movie. WATCHMEN TEASER!!! (I'd throw up a video, but you should have already seen it, because you should have already seen Dark Knight)

BATMAN
Yeah, that's right Midnight release of DARK KNIGHT. I highly doubt that the people in my tiny local theater will sell out in the next couple of days, but I wanted to have my bases covered.

Materials and Techniques

As the school year comes to a close, it occurs to me that I'm halfway through this. In two more years I'll be a College Graduate (I hope). So, I wonder If I've advanced any since the journey began. Shawn keeps saying I'm close to finding my style. I really hope I am because I'm running out time. After college comes the REAL WORLD. I hope I'm ready by the time it comes. In the meantime, Here's the assignments from Materials and Techniques class:

Temple of Cartoon Mojo #3

Funny story behind this one, my original copy for one reason or another corrupted. So, when I sent it to Shawn to put on the Temple's website, He couldn't read the file. When I got his message, I tried to resend it but my digital copy was mysteriously been deleted. Luckily, I made up a print while I was at Kinko's finishing my finals work. So, I scanned it and sent it to him. Hopefully, It won't mess up this time.
You know, now that I read it, this story isn't to funny.
